We, the owners and operators of The Academy,  Bigfoot Grappling Challenge, 1020 Creekside Drive, Epic Choice LP and any of its agents are not responsible for your personal health; whether it be physical, mental or emotional.  Grappling and/or any other style of martial arts can be demanding of a person physically, mentally, or emotionally.  Physical injuries may occur due to stress to joints, bones and muscles.  Every person, including yourself, is responsible for determining his or her own limitations.  You, as a willing participant, are responsible for your own safety.  Any injuries/illness to yourself are your responsibility.  Any medical fees of any type are your responsibility.  Social, economic, and emotional changes due to injuries are your responsibility. The Academy,  Bigfoot Grappling Challenge, LittleFoot Grappling Challenge Kids, 1020 Creekside Drive, Epic Choice LP and any of its agents will not be held responsible at any time, under any circumstance.


I have read the above notation and fully understand that I am solely responsible for my well being.  I hereby waive my right to pursue compensation from The Academy, Bigfoot Grappling Challenge, LittleFoot Grappling Challenge KIDS, 1020 Creekside Drive, Epic Choice and any person(s) associated with the organizations, if injuries/illness should occur.
