Payment/ Renewal Terms
Services purchased under this contract are for mixed martial arts training and not for the rental of any equipment or a gym membership. Use of equipment is incidental to the required training. The term of this agreement is for 6 months. At the expiration of this contract, provided the member is not in default of this agreement and subject to the terms and conditions hereof, this personal training agreement provides for 6 months continuation of the initial term of this agreement. This renewal provision may be canceled by giving a 30 day notice to The Academy management before the initial contract has expired. It is also understood that the school has the option to increase monthly dues without notice after the original term of agreement has been fulfilled.
